  • Account information: When you create an account with us, we will collect account-related information such as your email address. If you log in with Google, we will collect your Google nickname and avatar.
  • User content: When using certain services of ours, you may create, post, upload or share content by providing us with access to your device's microphone and network. You may better use our products by providing us with access to local storage read and write, window status, and clipboard reading (e.g., saving conversation history, pasting input, etc.). You voluntarily provide such information to us.

(1) Knowledge Q&A Function

Type of information collected: Question text you actively input, conversation interaction records (including contextual information you supplement).

Purpose of information use: Parse your needs through AI algorithms, generate corresponding answers, and provide you with accurate knowledge query services.

(2) Translation Function

Type of information collected: Text to be translated you input (supporting multiple languages), translation direction selection (e.g., Chinese to English, English to Japanese), and secondary edited content of translation results.

Purpose of information use: Perform language identification and accurate translation of text through an AI translation engine to meet your cross-language communication needs.

(3) Performance Optimization Function

Type of information collected: CPU usage rate, memory usage, disk read and write speed, background process list, system resource allocation data, startup item loading information.

Purpose of information use: Analyze system performance bottlenecks, optimize resource allocation, close unnecessary background processes, and improve device running speed.

(4) Screen Information Acquisition Function

Type of information collected: Screenshots (image data), OCR-recognized text, window titles, UI element structure tree.

Purpose of information use: Realize auxiliary functions such as screen recording, screenshot editing, and window positioning to meet your operational needs.

(5) Simulated Mouse Click/Input Function

Type of information collected: Click coordinates you set, click frequency, click type (left/right/double click), text string to be input, target window handle.

Purpose of information use: Automatically complete mouse click or text input operations according to your preset instructions to improve operational efficiency.

(6) PowerShell Script Function

Type of information collected: Script code content, script execution results (Output), error logs during execution.

Purpose of information use: Parse and execute your script instructions to complete custom operations such as system management and file processing.

(7) Environment Version Acquisition Function

Type of information collected: PowerShell version information.

Purpose of information use: Provide you with a detailed report of the operating environment of your current device to help you confirm software compatibility and troubleshoot problems caused by version mismatch.

(8) Software Asset Inventory Function

Type of information collected: Uninstall list in the registry, installed software names, version numbers, specific installation paths.

Purpose of information use: Generate a complete software asset list for you to facilitate your management of installed software and troubleshooting of redundant programs.

(9) Mobile Remote Function

Type of information collected: Text (Prompt) input by the user, conversation history context, computer files and software specified by the user, etc.

Purpose of information use: Send messages to the computer-side application by creating an application/robot based on third-party APPs (Feishu, DingTalk, QQ) to realize mobile remote completion of computer-side tasks.

C. Information You Share on Third-Party Websites or Through Social Media Services

The Services may include links to third-party websites and social media services where you may post comments, stories, reviews or other information. If you interact with such third parties, you will provide information directly to the third parties (and not to us), and you will be subject to the third parties' privacy policies. To provide you with AI chat, content generation, and other services, this Product integrates the following third-party international AI model services:

We will only disclose your personal information when it is legal, legitimate, necessary, specific and explicit, and we will only share the personal information necessary to provide the Services. Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 18 except as permitted by applicable law. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without knowledge, we will take commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our databases.

If an output contains inaccurate personal information related to you, you may submit a correction request, and we will use reasonable efforts to correct such information, although we may not always be able to do so due to the technical complexity of the artificial intelligence models integrated into the product.

C. Data Portability

You may contact us to request that the personal information you provide to us be made available in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmitted to another controller to the extent applicable.

D. Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and erase your personal information. Upon deletion of your account, all your personal information will be deleted. In addition, you may contact us to request the deletion of personal information you have provided. If certain of your personal information cannot be deleted, we will inform you of the reasons why such measures cannot be taken.

Please note that we reserve the right to retain certain of your personal information to the extent reasonably permitted by applicable law.

E. Withdrawal of Consent

If we process your personal information on the basis of your consent, you may contact us to withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of processing conducted on the basis of consent prior to withdrawal.

This clause shall not restrict or waive any statutory privacy rights you may have under applicable U.S. law (including CCPA/CPRA), which cannot be waived by contract.

8. Specific Information for U.S. Residents

As our Services are available to users in the United States, we comply with U.S. state and federal data protection laws (including CCPA/CPRA) as specified in our [User Agreement].

We have collected personal information since the launch date of the product, as detailed in Section 1 above. We will update the disclosure information annually in accordance with the requirements of the CCPA.

As a new service launched by us, we have disclosed personal information to third parties since the launch date of the product, as detailed in Section 3 above. We will update the disclosure information annually in accordance with the requirements of the CCPA. You also have the right to request a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed your personal information pursuant to certain state data protection laws.

To the extent permitted by local law and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the following rights:

  • Restrict the use of sensitive personal information. The definition and scope of "sensitive personal information" may vary according to applicable state data protection laws, but generally includes an individual's race or ethnicity, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, personal health data, biometric data, financial data, credit data, online data of children under the age of 13 and precise location information.You have the right to request the restriction of the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
